No Cash Payments for Salvage Vehicles at Charles TrentIt seems that more vehicle recyclers are heading down the route of not taking cash for payment, the latest news comes from Charles Trent, one of the leading experts in vehicle recycling, who are making some important changes to how they accept payment for salvage vehicles at their sites.

As of the 1st February 2020, cash payments for salvage vehicles will not be accepted at Charles Trent sites.

 

No Cash Payments for Salvage Vehicles at Charles TrentYou will still be able to pay cash into a Charles Trent bank account for any vehicle(s) won at their auction and they will continue to accept payments for salvage vehicles via debit cards at their sites.

Small cash payments can be made for storage fees, but please contact their team ahead of collection to confirm that you are intending to pay via this method.

Opportunities and challenges which Volvo Cars is facing will be presented including engagement with 3rd parties and increasing pressure from stakeholders.
