BHA Auto Recycling raising money for the NHS by doing a ‘big tyre workout’.
BHA Auto Recycling’s John Eddleston and Personal Trainer/ex British bodybuilding champion, Ria Vanderkamp, put their heads together to come up with the idea of doing a ‘big tyre workout’ to raise money for the NHS. They have set up a “just giving” page and 100% of the money raised goes directly to the NHS and donations are welcome if you can. See their promotional video here:
BHA, based in Oldham, Manchester, has over 500 tyres stacked in the yard and together with Ria’s vast knowledge and many years of experience within the fitness industry, they have put together a series of tyre workout routines, which they will be posting on through social media throughout lockdown. Check out one of their ‘big tyre’ workouts below.
BHA said:
“Our mission is to donate our spare tyres to help you get rid of yours and we can all support the NHS at the same time.”
They hope to help inspire and motivate as many people as possible during this lockdown with their workouts. “We hope you enjoy our workouts, we certainly enjoy making them”.
