Powerhand is extremely pleased to once again be exhibiting at the upcoming CARS Expo 2021
Murray Clark, Managing Director, considers the EXPO “a friendly and welcoming event that brings together a small but specialised group of people who all have an interest in vehicle recycling. It is fantastic that every person you talk to is involved in the industry”.
This is the 4th time that Powerhand will be exhibiting at CARS Expo; they will be showing off the latest in their VRS vehicle dismantling technology as well as their vehicle processing scrap grapple range. “We love speaking to existing customers who are experiencing the benefit of Powerhand products in their businesses. It is also fantastic to meet and chat to new potential customers who are interested to learn more about our vehicle recycling products” said Powerhand Production Manager, Scott Robertson.
The Powerhand VRS is a machine-based vehicle dismantler that is used around the world to extract higher value materials such as, copper wiring loom, aluminium components, heavy steel axles and suspension, electric motors and engines from the scrap car. Like a vulture would dissect its prey, the VRS clamp arms pin down the vehicle to allow the grapple to systematically pull the valuable materials away from the lower value vehicle bodyshell. The knife blades on the clamp arms of the VRS 200 allow engine and transmission assemblies to be split from the engine block. Customers in the UK are making up to an ADDITIONAL £40 EXTRA profit per car by using the Powerhand VRS*.
Powerhand products are fully designed and manufactured in the UK. Powerhand prides itself in being a 97 years old fourth-generation family business that provides full backup and support of their products to customers.
