The International Congress for Battery Recycling (ICBR) will also go online for its 25th-anniversary
ICBR 2020, the international platform for reviewing the challenges faced by the Battery Recycling Industry on a global basis is offering its delegates the latest innovation for its 25th anniversary.
The congress is taking place as planned but now everyone can be a part of the action from any place in the world. All presentations, interviews with exhibitors, and workshops will be available by live broadcast and on-demand so that all the delegates can stay up to date with all the recent industry insights and developments brought directly from Salzburg.
Battery technologies and their recycling continue to occupy industry, regulators worldwide and the press. Dr Jean-Pol Wiaux, Chairman of the ICBR Steering Committee, comments:
“This year’s ICBR will be different for several reasons. Salzburg and Austria are offering a unique and diversified panel of battery-related activities from every part of the battery value chain: from mineral extraction to research on advanced processes for battery material recycling as well as the sustainable development of non-ferrous metals applications. You will get the opportunity to listen to and exchange with international experts including one of the most famous brand names of the European Car Industry – Porsche – who also contributes to the fame of the city of Salzburg.”
The conference will offer participants business opportunities through networking and communication on Battery Recycling including the latest processes under development and industrial processes. Plenary sessions will be complemented by many side events such as round tables, exhibitions, posters presentations in order to open the conference to innovative issues, processes and technologies.
