Steve Hankins, UK Managing Director, IAA provides an update regarding their UK operations during the second lockdown period.

IAA is deemed an essential business working in the collection and disposal of scrap metal and end-of-life vehicles. Consequently, IAA is continuing operations and all UK storage sites will remain open during this lockdown period.
To protect our colleagues and our buyers IAA has eliminated viewing days, ended cash payment, and restricted buyer access at all storage sites.
We thank you for your cooperation during this period of national emergency. The situation is changing daily, and we will keep you informed of all developments. If you have any questions on this matter, please contact us on marketinguk@iaai.com
