“INFORM TMS has created operating efficiencies and provided transparency to our customers,” said Steve Hankins, UK Managing Director for IAA. “Our continued investment into the UK business expands our capacity and is a critical part of our overall strategy to be the agile, technology-focused partner for the UK market.”

The IAA Delivery Service provides buyers with flexibility, choice and time savings. Purchased vehicles can be delivered from IAA branches to the buyers’ location of choice seamlessly, resulting in fuel and other transportation costs savings. The company is offering additional discount on bulk deliveries.

“We are committed to providing a different solution for salvage in the UK,” continued Hankins. “IAA Delivery Service provides value and efficiency for our buyers, and more importantly creates a single-service experience when purchasing vehicles.”
