The vehicle recycling sector is now days away from the gala occasion of the year when innovation and excellence will be rewarded and applauded; when new friends are met, and old friends warmly greeted; when names can be matched with faces and recognition will be accorded the Finalists and Winners of the Vehicle Recycling Excellence Awards.
For the first time, on November 4, the vehicle recycling sector will attend a reception in the Foyer of the National Conference Centre before enjoying a walk-through of the National Motorcycle Museum, then sitting down to a sumptuous gala dinner and, later, the Awards presentation, hosted by the instantly recognisable Quentin Willson.

The full address of the venue is the National Conference Centre, Coventry Road, Bickenhill, B92 0EJ, just off Junction 6 on the M42. Road, rail and airlinks are close by and, currently, there are no rail strikes planned for November 4. If you already have places booked, we look forward to seeing you there. If you haven’t yet booked, this is your very last chance. There are places available, so please email Olivia McKelvie if you wish to make a late booking or increase your current booking.
The Vehicle Recycling Excellence Awards are supported by ATF Professional as Media Partner and Sponsor of the Outstanding Individual Award. Headline Sponsor, e2e Total Vehicle Loss Management, will present the Champion of Champions Awards, and Adam Hewitt, Copart, ebay, Lithium Battery Recycling Solutions, SYNETIQ and WARD are sponsoring categories. Adam Hewitt is also sponsoring the Reception drinks and canapés, and Silverlake Automotive Recycling is sponsoring the ‘After Glow’ – the after-show drinks and networking.
Dress code for the Vehicle Recycling Excellence Awards is smart casual, just in case you are in a quandary over what to wear.
The NCC owns two nearby hotels: Windmill Village Hotel, CV5 9AL and Manor Hotel Meriden, CV7 7NH, if you are in need of overnight accommodation. There are also hotels at the nearby NEC campus.
November 4 should be a great evening for vehicle recycling, and you will regret it if you miss the event.
