Jim Loughran CEO of e2e Total Loss Vehicle Management, said:

“We 100% knew e2e had to get behind this event because it supports and promotes the professional standards in our industry, and our network is passionate about setting professional standards.

This was the first time our industry has publicly and collaboratively celebrated its progress. It’s been long overdue. There has been phenomenal progress, and there is much to celebrate, and the awards process has helped to make that very evident. The winners on the night were extremely proud to come on stage and collect their awards, and they now have the opportunity to boost their company brand with a Vehicle Recycling Award Winners’ logo and badge for the coming 12 months. A statement of professional recognition, industry credibility and achievement of excellence for their customers and prospects to see. Congratulations to them all and especially to Recycling Lives, who were the stand-out winner of the evening with five awards and the overall Champion of Champions’ Award.

As the world moves more towards further embracing recycling our industry is extremely well placed.

We are in the midst of exciting times with the changing face of the UK car parc and the rising demand for reclaimed parts. We have an interesting few years ahead, which will bring both opportunities and challenges and collaborating as an industry to take advantage will be key. With the awards set to become an annual event, it will be exciting to see the achievements documented in coming years and the trends established as emerging markets mature.”
