This year’s British Vehicle Salvage Federation (BVSF) AGM/Convention and evening dinner will take place on 13th April at the Woodland Grange Hotel in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
Woodland Grange Hotel in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
The AGM takes on a similar format to previous events, with proceedings starting at approximately 10.30 am. With the exception of the evening meal, entertainment and any overnight accommodation, the event is free of charge to Members, Strategic Partners and their guests.
So far, speakers at the event will be from Cornerstone Technologies, Environment Agency, Lifesafe Technologies and Transporter Engineering. As well as the presentations, there will be a display area for Strategic Partners as part of their membership package to exhibit.
The evening meal will follow, including the day’s entertainment, the Combellack presentation, and the Raffle. Overnight accommodation is available and recommended, where allocation of rooms will revert to general sale on March 16th, so it is strongly advised to get bookings in early to avoid disappointment.
Roger West, Secretary General of the BVSF, said: “It is very much hoped that you will attend. Any guests that you wish to bring will be most welcome.” He added: “Potentially, this could be a special event for me, so the more, the merrier!”
For Members or Strategic Partners, please complete and return the booking form (available on request, email@bvsf.org.uk) to Roger via email if you wish to attend.
If you are not already a Member or Strategic Partner of the BVSF and would like to learn more about how to attend the convention, please contact Roger at email@bvsf.org.uk, or call him on 0130 3814325. He will be happy to provide further details.
