Today (June 22), the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) released the responses it received from third parties concerning the merger inquiry between Copart, Inc. and Green Parts Specialist Holdings Ltd (Hills Motors). The CMA had previously published its provisional findings and potential remedies in relation to the acquisition.
