The Tyre Recovery Association is pleased to announce that Vaculug and Kwik-Fit will be the sponsors of this years’ event.
The TRA is delighted that the UK’s key tyre recycling event of the year will enjoy the direct support of Britain’s leading tyre retailer and Europe’s largest independent tyre retreader.
In a message to the wider tyre industry, Kwik-Fit welcomed the return of the annual TRA Briefing Day and went on:
“It is vital, not only that end-of-life tyres are recycled but also that the processes are open and visible. Companies and individuals are more focused than ever on the entire life cycle of the products they use, from the sustainability of production through to the recycling and reprocessing of used materials. This applies in our sector as much as any other, whether the customer is a large fleet operator or a private motorist. It is critical that the entire tyre industry demonstrates a clear commitment to robust processes and operate to the highest standards when recycling end of life tyres. We believe the TRA Briefing Day helps in achieving that objective and we look forward to the knowledge sharing which takes place throughout the day.”
This year’s Briefing Day will be held on Wednesday, 13th September 2023, at the Woodland Grange Hotel, Leamington Spa.
