Vulture 25 Kit

Drawing from extensive experience in the conception, demonstration, and processing of thousands of vehicles annually, Richard Stewart and his team are well-versed in the myriad benefits this cutting-edge solution offers.

What sets the Vulture 25 Kit apart is its unique design elements, including the grab design, leg design, and wire recovery option. These differentiators have been meticulously crafted to enhance productivity, facilitating the swift removal of engines one and two, alloys, wires, and more.

Field-tested by drivers from various machines, the two-ram design of the grab proves to be a standout feature. Its user-friendly design, akin to pliers, allows for precise component removal—a distinct advantage over fixed-leg alternatives. Rigorously tested and bearing the CE marking, the grab is constructed from components used in the demanding crushing industry, ensuring durability. The accompanying rotator boasts impressive strength and operational speed, essential for seamless, high-volume throughput in recycling yards.

The wire recovery system introduces a streamlined and time-saving option, increasing overall efficiency. Notably, the Vulture 25 Kit offers the flexibility of retrofitting onto existing machines, eliminating the need for costly factory-fitted bracketry.

Installation of the Vulture 25 Kit, featuring special grab and hold-down legs, is a straightforward process, requiring only a few hours on a compatible bladed machine. For those seeking a comprehensive solution, the Vulture can be supplied on a modified DEVELON (Doosan) DX235LCR-7 digger, complete with track pads, safety screen, and extended warranties. JCB machines are also now available, with build slots ready for reservation.

Crafted by dismantlers, designed by dismantlers, and embraced by dismantlers, the Vulture 25 Kit promises substantial rewards for those committed to advancing the field of scrap metal separation.

The Vulture 25 Kit is competitively priced, and the Vulture team is ready to discuss specific requirements. With stocked inventory available for prompt global shipping.
