Quick Waste ‘business as usual’ under new ownership

Market-leading domestic and commercial waste removal and skip hire service provider Quick Waste Ltd. has been acquired by an SPV owned by Stuart Mann, Director at RECLAMET in a multi-million-pound deal.

Quick Waste provides local skip hire and waste removal services in Sittingbourne Kent, with the new acquisition and synergy with RECLAMET, the business will provide a one-stop-shop for total waste management services across Kent and South East London.

On 4 July 2024, Quick Waste Ltd. was acquired by the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) owned by Stuart Mann, Director of Birchington based RECLAMET the auto recycling and waste treatment facility, in a multi-million-pound deal. The Quick Waste site and waste transfer station in Sittingbourne together with 70% of the business will be owned by the SPV. Quick Waste Ltd. will remain as its own business entity.  

Quick Waste Ltd was established in 2019 following an acquisition from London Kent Metals and has been run successfully as a non-hazardous domestic and commercial waste collection and skip hire business ever since. Current Quick Waste Managing Director, Jack Crush will remain in position of day-to-day operations.

Quick Waste is dedicated to finding eco-friendly alternatives to traditional waste disposal, allowing its customers to dispose of unwanted goods in the most environmentally conscious way. Currently, Quick Waste provides services for waste clearance for home renovations as well as the collection and disposal of paperwork and heavy office materials. The Quick Waste teams aim to recycle everything they collect.  

The business synergy between Quick Waste and RECLAMET will be developed to provide a one-stop-shop for total waste management services across Kent and the Southeast.

Opportunities and challenges which Volvo Cars is facing will be presented including engagement with 3rd parties and increasing pressure from stakeholders.
