Guests were welcomed into the event with a reception under the iconic Vulcan bomber in the museum’s first hangar. Surrounded by Cold War-era aviation exhibits, they mingled with industry peers, rekindling old friendships and forging new connections. The weather played its part, with clear skies allowing easy passage to the second hangar, where even more iconic aircraft led the way to the specially designed dining area. Here, Wing Commander Linton greeted guests warmly and ensured everyone was comfortably seated for the evening ahead.

As dinner was served, wandering magicians entertained the crowd, adding a touch of enchantment to the night. Attendees also participated in raising over £3,000 for the event’s chosen charity, Cure Leukaemia. In a lighthearted twist, they were introduced to the evening’s unique advert campaigns for ‘Chateau De Pollution’ and ‘Eau De Dismantler’.

Post-dinner festivities commenced with Angela Barnes, the night’s host and comedian, taking the stage. Despite a few technical glitches, Barnes demonstrated her professional flair, keeping the audience laughing and engaged as anticipation for the awards announcements built.

Before unveiling the winners, Haydn Davies and Sian Courtney, Directors of ATF Professional, took the opportunity to thank sponsors, judges, and attendees. Michael Hill, Green Parts Director at SYNETIQ and the evening’s headline sponsor, followed with an address emphasising the awards’ importance and the industry’s bright future.

Angela Barnes returned to announce the winners of several key categories, each recipient proudly taking home the coveted ATF Award trophy. The ceremony also featured three special accolades, presented by the directors of ATF Professional: the Unsung Hero Award to Mark Leach from K&M Global, the Rising Star Award, presented to John and James Spencer, and Adam Murray received the Outstanding Individual Award, honoured exceptional contributions to the field.

Full details of the winners and nominees can be found in the official winners’ book.

With the formalities concluded, the celebration continued in high spirits; guests indulged in arcade games, tested their axe-throwing skills, and revelled in the joyous atmosphere, marking yet another extravagant and unforgettable ATF Awards ceremony.

It was a night to celebrate excellence, community, and innovation in vehicle recycling—proof that the industry is thriving and its future is brighter than ever.

Haydn Davies, Director of ATF Professional, expressed his gratitude, saying:

“A heartfelt thank you to all the attendees, nominees, winners, and especially our sponsors—your support made this incredible night possible.

Organising an event like this is no small feat, but seeing the industry come together and witnessing everyone enjoy themselves makes it all so rewarding.
