Eddie Longworth, founder and director of JEL Consulting, has been appointed CEO of e2e Total Loss Claims Management. He initially joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and innovation before stepping into the CEO role.

With over 30 years of experience in the claims industry, Eddie is well known for his commitment to sustainability and his work in the automotive recycling sector. His consultancy firm, JEL Consulting, partnered with the Vehicle Recyclers Association (VRA) to produce a report that quantified the carbon emission savings achieved by using recycled vehicle parts. This report highlighted the significant environmental benefits of auto recycling and underscored the importance of sustainable practices in the claims and automotive industries.
Eddie’s contributions to the sector were recognised with the Claims Champion of the Year Award at the 2024 Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards, a testament to his leadership and innovative approach to claims management.
As CEO of e2e Total Loss Claims Management, Eddie’s focus on sustainability, combined with his deep industry knowledge and strategic vision, positions the company to promote environmentally conscious practices and deliver exceptional value to its clients.
