“We believe repairers shouldn’t have to wait for answers about green parts availability, pricing, or lead times. That’s why we’ve developed a user-friendly platform that gives instant real-time access to our entire stock, allowing repairers to easily find and order green parts.

Searching for the right parts is simple – search by part number, registration, and part type, or upload an Audatex or Autoflow parts assessment to quickly identify all the parts needed for a repair in one go. Our platform lets you browse detailed images to confirm grading and select from available options for added convenience. And the best part? Order before 3 pm, and your parts will be delivered the next day. We’re cutting through the noise and addressing the industry’s challenges with lead times on green parts.”

The portal was developed in-house by Charles Trent Limited’s Innovation & Technology team, following extensive research and collaboration with garages and repair networks to understand their pain points. This customer-driven approach ensures the portal aligns perfectly with the needs of modern repair operations, making it easier for businesses to integrate green parts into their workflows.

Matthew Willecome, Commercial Manager at 1st Choice Accident Repair Centre, shared his experience:

“Awesome product! It has made a huge difference in checking the availability of ‘green’ parts. The logistics team are great, too!”
