Bigger & Better Premises
We are currently in the process of relocating to a significantly larger, multi-storey facility. Conveniently located near the M5 in the heart of the UK, the new site offers excellent transport links for both our customers and suppliers.
This modern factory will house our expanded production facilities, giving us the space to increase output and meet growing demand. It also provides dedicated areas for our growing team of workshop engineers, a much larger stores and despatch department to handle the rise in consumable parts orders, and enhanced meeting and hospitality spaces for visitors.
Visitors will be able to view our full equipment range being assembled in real time. For an even more immersive experience, guests will also be able to see our machinery in action through Virtual Reality headset.
This move marks a major milestone in our growth journey, enabling us to serve our customers better, streamline operations, and showcase our innovation more effectively than ever before.
In-House Equipment Upgrades
As part of our ongoing investment in people and productivity, we’ve introduced a range of new equipment and tools designed to support our growing operations and enhance the working environment for our team.
We’ve added Bobcat electric forklifts to our fleet, essential for safely and efficiently moving and loading our most powerful and robust equipment, some of which weigh over two tonnes. As fully electric vehicles, they align with our sustainability goals while improving day-to-day operations in our production areas.
Electric pallet trucks have significantly reduced the need for manual handling on-site, improving safety and efficiency. Our newly installed overhead XYZ crane has transformed how we handle larger equipment components, allowing multiple machines to be assembled simultaneously, cutting both build times and production costs.
To support the rising demand for consumable parts, we’ve also installed heavier-duty racking systems, giving us the capacity to hold more stock and fulfil orders more efficiently.
Our engineer vehicle fleet has not only grown in size but also been upgraded to better meet the needs of our field team. The additional space means each van can carry a wider range of tools, parts, and equipment, reducing the need for return visits, limiting trips back to HQ, and minimising overnight stays. This reduces costs for both us and our customers, while also significantly lowering our carbon footprint.
We also view the vans as mobile workspaces. To improve the day-to-day experience for our engineers, each vehicle is fitted with workbenches, hot taps, and microwaves, making life more comfortable, especially during colder months. These upgrades reflect our commitment to creating a productive, well-equipped, and supportive environment for the people who keep our business moving.
New Website Launch
On the sales and marketing front, we’re proud to unveil our newly launched website, bringing a fresh new look and a greatly improved customer experience.
While our web address remains the same (www.greencardepollution.com), the site itself has undergone a complete transformation. The upgraded platform offers faster performance, a more intuitive layout, and a smoother shopping experience for both new and returning customers.
Our popular online spares shop is still a key feature, allowing users to quickly identify and order consumable parts for their depollution equipment with just a few clicks. And as part of our continued growth into international markets, European customers can now make purchases directly in euros via our secure checkout system.

Innovation
As production ramps up, so does our product innovation. Several of our existing bestsellers are evolving to meet growing industry demands, while exciting new additions are set to make a big impact.
One standout development is the launch of our XL Vehicle Side-Tip Preparation Stand, an upgraded version of one of our most popular products. Now capable of handling light commercial vehicles, this enhanced model is fast becoming a must-have for professional dismantlers and engine exporters looking to maximise efficiency and versatility.
We’re also preparing to launch a brand-new Airbag Detonation Unit, designed in direct response to increasing pressure from the Environment Agency to comply with regulations in the detonation and safe disposal of airbags in ELVs. This system offers a more cost-effective, compliant solution for recyclers. Watch this space for its official release.
Meanwhile, our EV (Electric Vehicle) and hybrid depollution range continues to gain traction, both in the UK and internationally. Industry leaders such as Scrapco, Motorgreen, Hunt Brothers (Jersey), U-Pull-It (Copart), and Redcorn are already using our equipment to process EVs and hybrids alongside traditional ICE vehicles, streamlining operations without the need for multiple systems. This smart, integrated approach has also caught the attention of international markets, with recent installations in Norway and Turkey.
These innovations reflect our ongoing commitment to providing forward-thinking solutions that keep our customers ahead of both market and regulatory demands.
New Customers & Major Installations
The recent surge in demand for our equipment will be far easier to manage thanks to the many improvements and investments we’ve made across the business. We’re currently putting large volumes of equipment into production for lots of forward-thinking companies, most notably Green Parts Specialists and U-Pull-It (York & Inverkeithing), and A1 Car Spares, who, like us, are making significant investments in their operations. By enhancing their depollution processes with our advanced fluid recovery and dismantling systems, these businesses are set to benefit from greater efficiency and streamlined operations in their ELV departments.
CARS & Metals Show
And finally, because we like to stay busy, we’re gearing up for the highly anticipated CARS & Metals Show, now taking place at its exciting new venue: the NEC in Birmingham.
