This course is part of a suite of three new training products being launched by Ben, including the recent Equality, Diversity & Inclusion course and a new Women’s Health Awareness course, which will launch in the New Year.

Any profits generated from BenTraining bookings go back into Ben’s mission of providing free, confidential health and wellbeing support for life to those who work, or have worked, in the automotive industry and their families.

Over 99% of Ben’s recent survey respondents were personally affected by a health & wellbeing issue1 and as demand for Ben’s support is growing, now is the ideal time for automotive employers to invest in supporting their employees.

Julie Hayes, Specialist Services Lead at Ben, said:

“With a high proportion of males working in the industry, we’re pleased to launch this new Men’s Health Awareness training offering for automotive employers. It’s vital to be driving awareness and strengthening men’s health and wellbeing across the industry. Too often, common health and wellbeing concerns go unspoken – and that silence can have a serious impact. This training gives everyone the tools and resources to improve men’s health and wellbeing across the industry.

We are deeply committed to supporting everyone in the automotive industry, in all roles and life stages. With our expertise built over the past 120 years, we’re uniquely positioned to deliver training that helps automotive people genuinely thrive in their work and home lives.

We believe that empowering our automotive family to prioritise their health and wellbeing builds stronger, more resilient teams. This new training is part of a programme of new product development, which we will be launching to the industry. We’re eager to partner with employers to support their employees so they feel valued, connected and confident to bring their best selves to work and beyond. We’re looking forward to working closely with many more automotive employers as a trusted training partner.”

Ben offers a wide range of training programmes on different health and wellbeing topics, including three which are focused on supporting those who are going through the menopause. In the New Year, Ben will launch its new Women’s Health Awareness training, which is suitable for all genders and anyone wanting to learn more about women’s health and wellbeing.
