Copart UK & Ireland CEO Jane Pocock has been named Industry Woman of the Year at the 2026 Modern Claims Awards, recognising her long-standing leadership in the claims and salvage supply chain. Pocock oversees service delivery across 33 UK and Ireland locations and the growth of Copart’s brands, including U-Pull-It and The Green Parts Specialists.

Jane Pocock, CEO of Copart UK & Ireland, has won ‘Industry Woman of the Year’ at the 2026 Modern Claims Awards.
With 35+ years of experience within the automotive industry under her belt, Jane leads the second most established market in Copart’s global business and is the only female CEO in the NASDAQ-listed company.
She has full responsibility for all areas of the UK & Ireland business, influencing the quality of service across 33 locations, and leading the development and growth of Copart UK and its family of brands – U-Pull-It, The Green Parts Specialists, and Cash for Cars.
Here’s what she had to say about the achievement:
“I was genuinely surprised, honoured, and humbled to win Industry Woman of the Year at last week’s Modern Claims Awards.
Unfortunately, I was over at the Copart HQ in Dallas, so was unable to attend in person, but it was a fantastic surprise to return home to!
Despite my 35+ years in this sector, every day is still a learning curve for me, and my industry peers and partners continue to inspire and motivate me.
To be recognised for this award amongst such a breadth of talent and expertise across our industry is a real privilege.
Huge thanks to Donna Scully, to Modern Insurance Magazine for hosting the event, and to my amazing team at Copart!”
