epyx’s 1link Service Network has partnered with The Green Parts Specialists to make recycled parts easier for fleets to adopt at scale. Users can search a 350,000+ component catalogue for direct delivery, with a ‘supply and fit’ option for engines and gearboxes. Parts are checked to VRA standards, supporting traceability and quality.

Fleet operators are set to benefit from faster, simpler access to high-quality recycled vehicle parts following a new partnership between epyx and The Green Parts Specialists.
Under the agreement, fleets using epyx’s 1link Service Network will be able to search and order from The Green Parts Specialists’ online catalogue of more than 350,000 recycled components, with parts available for direct delivery. For major components, including engines and gearboxes, fleets will also have the option of a fully managed ‘supply and fit’ service, with job sheets recorded seamlessly within the 1link Service Network SMR platform.
The partners say the collaboration is designed to make the use of recycled components easier to adopt at scale within standard service, maintenance and repair (SMR) processes, while maintaining quality and traceability expectations.
All parts supplied are checked in line with Vehicle Recyclers Association (VRA) standards. The Green Parts Specialists, part of the Copart family of brands, are VRA certified and also meet the BS10125 BSI Kitemark standard for vehicle damage repair.
Lewis Woolnough, sales director at The Green Parts Specialists, said:
“There is growing fleet demand for recycled parts both from a cost point of view and because they are more environmentally friendly. This new partnership will help to satisfy that need.
Fleets can easily search through our catalogue of recycled parts, the largest available in the UK, with every item checked, graded and provenanced to the highest available standards. Delivery is available next day on a nationwide basis from our hubs across the country, together with a 12-month warranty.”
Alongside the parts catalogue, The Green Parts Specialists’ ‘supply and fit’ offer is aimed at reducing vehicle downtime and streamlining the replacement of high-value components. Engines and gearboxes are sourced from dismantled vehicles, tested and fitted professionally, with vehicles returned to service within a week.
Lewis added:
“Really, this deal has the potential to bring about a new era for recycled parts in the fleet sector, making fitted, high quality parts more accessible than ever before.”
Greg Tucker, director of OEM and network management at epyx, said:
“Fleets often refer to this option as ‘green’ parts, a reclaimed manufacturer vehicle component, safely removed from a donor vehicle and re-used as an environmentally sustainable alternative to a new part. We believe fleets and garages may find this to be an attractive alternative, given the potential not only for some cost savings but also environmental advantages.
Our new partnership with The Green Parts Specialists provides a highly effective route to incorporate recycled parts into standard SMR processes, and we’re expecting interest from fleet users of 1link Service Network to be considerable.”
1link Service Network currently processes close to 18,000 service jobsheets each day, supporting fleets totalling 4.9 million vehicles and more than 8,500 supplier partners.
