With more than 30 years in insurance claims and eight years in vehicle recycling leadership, he is expected to sharpen operations, develop services and help Silverlake deliver more innovative, customer-focused support across the UK automotive recycling sector.

Neil joins Silverlake following an impressive career in the insurance and vehicle recycling sectors. He has spent over 30 years in senior claims management roles within the insurance industry, and the last eight years in the vehicle recycling industry, including leadership positions as COO at e2e Total Loss Vehicle Management and Charles Trent. Neil is known for driving operational excellence through a powerful combination of outstanding people leadership and innovative technology, always placing customers at the heart of business strategy.
Possessing strong commercial acumen, deep industry expertise, and a broad skill set, Neil will work closely with the Silverlake management team to refine existing processes and spearhead the development of services, listening to and anticipating market needs. Growth will be phased and further reinforce Silverlake’s reputation for delivering exceptional service and value.
