eBay’s acquisition of Eladene Systems is designed to make it easier for UK dismantlers to digitise stock, manage yard operations and list recycled parts at scale. For ATFs, the move points to tighter marketplace-software integration, wider parts visibility and potentially faster, more accurate online sales across the UK recycled parts market.

eBay, a top online marketplace for vehicle parts and accessories in the UK, today announced the acquisition of Eladene Systems, a U.K.-based software platform for vehicle dismantlers that offers a cloud-based dismantling yard management system and parts listing platform.
Eladene Systems’s tools for inventory management, warehouse operations, and parts listings will streamline how yards digitise stock and sell recycled parts. The acquisition enhances eBay’s recycled Parts & Accessories offering for buyers and sellers, improving efficiency, accuracy, and coverage across the U.K. market.
“This acquisition marks an important milestone as we continue to grow our Parts & Accessories (P&A) category on eBay and look for innovative ways to deliver customer value,” said Jesse Kiefer, VP, GM, Parts & Accessories at eBay. “With the addition of Eladene Systems, we’re expanding access to unique inventory across existing and new dismantlers, and strengthening our parts and accessories strategy to deliver new avenues for growth.”
