The VRA After-Conference Social gives Auto Recycling Intelligence 2026 delegates and the wider vehicle recycling sector a relaxed way to continue the day’s discussions. Taking place on 11 June at Holiday Inn Leamington Spa, the free evening event includes pizza, networking and a short Recar presentation on used parts management.

Following a full day of insight, debate, and industry intelligence at ATF Professional’s Vehicle Recycling Conference 2026, Auto Recycling Intelligence, the Vehicle Recyclers’ Association (VRA), is hosting an informal evening social at the Holiday Inn Leamington Spa, Warwick, on Thursday 11 June. Open to all conference delegates and the wider vehicle recycling community, the event offers pizza, drinks, a short presentation from Recar, and the chance to continue the day’s conversations in a relaxed setting.
ATF Professional’s conference, Auto Recycling Intelligence 2026, takes place at the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire on Thursday 11 June, bringing together vehicle recyclers, OEMs, insurers, policymakers, EV battery specialists, AI innovators and circular economy leaders for a day designed to give the sector clarity, capability and a competitive edge.
With sessions covering circular economy policy, EV battery handling, insurer behaviour, total cost of ownership, AI in vehicle recycling and scalable parts reuse, the day promises to give delegates plenty to think about. And once ATF Professional’s formal programme closes, the conversations that matter often continue well beyond the venue.
A relaxed end to a busy day
Hosted at the Holiday Inn Leamington Spa, Warwick, Olympus Avenue, Tachbrook Park Drive, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick CV34 6RJ, the social runs from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm on the evening of the conference. The format will be informal: pizza will be provided, drinks will be available for purchase at the venue, and the focus is firmly on conversation, connection, and unwinding with colleagues from across the sector, with rooms available for those wishing to stay overnight.
For delegates travelling from across the UK and beyond to attend ATF Professional’s Auto Recycling Intelligence 2026, the social offers a welcome opportunity to step away from the conference setting and engage with peers, industry friends and new contacts on a more personal footing.
Short presentation from Recar
Alongside the food and networking, attendees will hear a short presentation by Recar on its Used Parts Management and Sales System. With green parts demand continuing to climb across the UK aftermarket, a theme that runs through several of the day’s Auto Recycling Intelligence 2026 sessions, the presentation offers a practical look at the systems and tools available to ATFs and dismantlers looking to streamline parts management, improve sales performance and respond to changing customer expectations.
All welcome
The evening event is open to all: ATF Professional conference delegates, VRA members, non-members, sponsors, exhibitors and anyone with a connection to or interest in the vehicle recycling sector. They can expect a warm welcome and the chance to meet colleagues from every corner of the industry, from independent operators and national groups to insurers, OEMs, technology providers and service partners.
How to attend
There is no need to book a separate ticket for the VRA After-Conference Social; the event is free to attend for those joining after the conference. Delegates planning to attend are encouraged to contact Andy Latham, Chairman of the VRA, at chair@v-r-a.uk, so that catering numbers can be confirmed ASAP.
