IAA UK has appointed Isabel Sanchez as Client Marketing Manager, strengthening its focus on client-facing content and communications. With more than 20 years’ experience across marketing, media and communications, Sanchez will lead content strategy for insurers, fleets, leasing companies, bodyshops and brokers, while also becoming IAA UK’s main media contact.

IAA UK, part of RB Global, announces the appointment of Isabel Sanchez as Client Marketing Manager. Isabel joins the team to lead content strategy across IAA UK’s client-facing channels, strengthening the company’s storytelling and engagement with insurers, fleet and leasing operators, bodyshops and brokers across the UK market.
In her new role, Isabel will work closely with the Client Team to support its marketing activities, leading content creation, optimisation and amplification across owned, earned and paid media. Her focus will be on developing campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen trust and drive engagement and conversions among the company’s client audience.
Isabel brings more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications, spanning corporate, start-up and media environments. She takes on her new role at IAA UK following more than five years with Ritchie Bros., continuing her career within the RB Global group, where she spent over five years in progressively senior communications roles. Earlier in her career, she worked across a range of sectors including transport and mobility and digital marketing and began her career as a journalist. This varied background has given her a broad, cross-industry perspective on building marketing and communications strategies that drive real business growth.
“I’m pleased to be joining IAA UK at such an interesting time for the salvage and remarketing sector,” says Isabel Sanchez. “My focus will be on telling the stories that matter to our clients and customers, from the data and insight that sets IAA apart, to the people and partnerships behind our operations. I’m looking forward to working with the wider team, and with journalists and editors across the industry, to bring these stories to life.”
Sarah Hirst, Commercial Director at IAA UK and a member of the company’s board, said the appointment reflects the growing role content plays in how IAA UK engages its clients network.
“Sellers today expect more than transactional communication from us – they want insight they can actually use,” says Hirst. “Isabel has a rare combination of a journalist’s instinct for a story and a marketer’s discipline around results, and that’s exactly what this role needs. She’ll be central to how we build IAA’s reputation as the partner that understands this market better than anyone else.”
Isabel Sanchez will be the primary point of contact for UK media on all IAA UK content, story ideas and interview requests going forward.
