Users of Almanack will benefit from a FREE driver app launched on the 1st July 2021 available through the Apple App Store on mobile devices to support drivers and admin staff with vehicle scheduling and collections.
The newly designed app will enable office staff to send jobs directly to either employed drivers or third-party recovery drivers to communicate with customers and office staff, which will update collections in real-time, without the need to make a call, therefore saving admin time and avoiding errors.

It will support ATF drivers to have more control over the vehicle collection process and the management of uploading customer data records and notes whilst on the go.
ALMANAPP will help to improve access to information and reduce the time taken for admin tasks, allowing drivers to get on with the most important part of the job – collecting vehicles.”
Drivers will also be able to collect key information such as photo ID, proof of address, customer bank details and images of the vehicle that can be taken and stored within the app.
ALMANAPP has been designed to increase driver efficiency through vehicle collection scheduling and will even provide drivers with mapping journeys to ensure a timely collection whilst providing the customer with excellent service.
The app can support multiple drivers in different locations, helping ATFs monitor driver collections on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. ALMANAPP also allows drivers to report missed collections or can call the office at a touch of a button to rearrange and schedule a new collection.
The app is currently available through the Apple App Store and will be available for Android devices very soon. The first two drivers are FREE of charge, and an additional cost of just £4 per week for any additional drivers.
