Salvage Wire owner, Andy Latham, an automotive engineer, and his team support vehicle recycling and salvage companies through consultancy and training on the safe handling of high voltage vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles throughout the UK and globally.

A reason for being nominated for the awards was that during the pandemic, as a hands-on company, adapting to the situation was key to ensuring the company’s continued success. Therefore, Salvage Wire offered, and continues to offer online training that would have been otherwise executed in person. Now that the virus is abating, opportunities are opening up for face to face training once more.
