Following their Bronze accreditation, SYNETIQ, the UK’s largest vehicle salvage, dismantling and recycling business, will deliver accredited carbon literacy training for businesses within the vehicle recycling industry on 1st November as part of the global Carbon Literacy Action Day.
A key aim of the project is to train and certify industry professionals as carbon literate, and to support businesses develop pledges to act against climate change.
Coinciding with Day 1 of the UN COP26 negotiations, training will take place on 1st November as part of the first-ever Carbon Literacy Action Day.
Professionals from the automotive industry are invited to take part in the day-long training session that takes place over Teams.
The training will help businesses better understand, and most importantly, enact the changes needed to make a stand against climate change.
Following their Bronze Carbon Literacy certification, SYNETIQ is taking the next steps to lead the industry by delivering the training for the betterment of the wider industry.
